2. How do we start?

Send a short brief via the contact form — what you need, what you use today, and your timeline. I reply within 24 hours with clarifying questions and a clear next step.

3. Fixed-price or hourly?

Both. Small, well-defined builds work best fixed-price with a clear scope. Longer or evolving work runs hourly with weekly visible progress.

4. What is your process?

Understand → Plan → Build → Test & Refine → Launch. You always know what happens next, see progress regularly, and own the finished code and documentation.

5. What technologies do you use?

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. Backend: Node.js, Express, Python, PHP / Laravel. Data: MySQL, Supabase. Mobile / desktop: React Native, Electron. Deployment: Vercel, VPS.

6. Can you take over or improve an existing project?

Yes — if the codebase is accessible. I start with a short audit of the architecture and workflows, then propose the smallest useful next step.

7. Where are you based, and how do we communicate?

Remote, GMT+1 (Algeria). English, French, or Arabic. Async-first with regular check-ins — email plus calls when needed.

8. Do I own the code?

Yes. On launch you receive the codebase, deployment setup, and documentation. No lock-in.
